All information held by ChargeNet may be used for:

• all aspects of the technical operation, maintenance, administration, development and support of the ChargeNet Payment Platform;
• collecting any amounts owing by Users for use of the ChargeNet Payment Platform;
• marketing, improving and planning ChargeNet’s current and future offerings to Users and other parties involved in the supply of electric vehicle charging infrastructure;
• where relevant to the purposes the above, sharing it with other parties involved in the supply of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
