I used your charger but my credit card was not billed?
Your charges are accumulated over the month. At the beginning of each month, our staff will email you an invoice/statement advising what you owe. This gives you time to ensure your Charge Net NZ account has up-to-date credit card information and your card has enough credit to cover your invoice. If you did not charge during the month, you will not receive a statement, unless you have outstanding debt.
On approximately the 20th of the month, your VISA or Mastercard account will automatically be charged what you owe.
If your total owing is less than $1.00, we will enable it to roll over to the following month.
