What if I don’t have a credit card?

For most users, our network requires the use of a VISA or Mastercard. If you do not have a credit card, a debit card will work too. If you are unable to hold a credit card, you may find your bank willing to give you a debit card. When loading your card onto your account, please ensure that there is credit available for an initial test transaction.

Please ensure that you have enough credit available on the 20th of the month or your account will go into arrears and may be suspended.

Please remember to update your card if it expires or is renewed for any reason.

For large corporates and fleets, please talk to us. We may be able to put you onto account if your usage is high.
