Why does my Outlander cost so much to charge at your stations

The DC-compatible Outlander charges quite slowly and hence, as you note, is not cost effective to use with our 50kW chargers. We’re working on deploying a lower cost 25kW charger that is more closely matched to the Outlander’s capabilities. These chargers will be cheaper and hence more attractive to Outlander drivers.

I didn’t purchase fobs but a charge has appeared on my credit card statement anyway.
