All stations are in working order except:
- Moorehouse: the charger is offline. Technicians have been sent to investigate the fault.
- Winton: is experiencing intermittent errors.
Other known issues:
- Kerikeri: The charger is in ‘free mode’ due to lack of comms but otherwise operational.
- ChargeNet App: Our ChargeNet NZ app is now available for free download from The App Store or Google Play.
- Plugshare: Activating stations via Plugshare is no longer supported by ChargeNet.
ESTOP: Please do not use the emergency stop button to unplug from our stations. Call 0800 2 CHARGE if you are having difficulty unplugging.
If you find error code 188 ESTOP, please turn the emergency button to the right and wait for the station to do a 5-minute self-diagnosis check before plugging in. Please do not use the emergency stop button to unplug from the stations.
