Rachelle (pronounced like Michelle with an R) has many roles within the company, not least of which is ably assisting our CEO. She’s the person you are most likely to first encounter when you call the 0800 number during office hours. Recognising her skills as a copywriter, Dee has taken her under her public relations wing, where Rachelle is learning the PR business. Currently, Rachelle also performs the roles of office manager and maintains the customer billing database. Often at her side, is her giant Leonberger dog, Arnold, who considers himself to be the Chief Meet & Greet Officer at ChargeNet HQ.
