A bit of backstory

Vector deployed these public EV chargers as a trial in 2015 to study the demand and infrastructure needs to support a growing EV fleet. Now, with that trial complete and valuable insights gathered, Vector believes it’s the right time to transfer the chargers to ChargeNet, which will integrate them into its established network.

Get where you’re going, faster

The shift to ChargeNet’s paid model comes with its benefits. It enables the necessary investments to operate and maintain the stations. By integrating them into the ChargeNet network and adopting a paid usage model, EV drivers can look forward to fair utilisation and potential site upgrades, which are key to enhancing and ensuring a considerate charging experience for all users.
